We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to exchange or return an item, you may do so for an exchange of the same item in a different size (subject to availability) or in exchange for online store credit. Please note, we do not offer refunds.
To initiate a return or exchange, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags and labels attached, and in an unused, unworn condition. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you. Please also ensure that care instructions have been followed to avoid any issues with faulty returns.
International Orders: Taxes and Duties
For customers outside of the EU, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may apply when the goods are imported into your country. These charges are not covered by us and are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are also responsible for the return postage costs, including any duties or taxes incurred when returning goods. We do not provide return labels, and we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to return your items. Once the item has been returned to us, please send the tracking number to us at info@robertaeiner.com for reference.
Shipping and Liability
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed packages during transit, missed deliveries, or undeliverable addresses. Additionally, we are not liable for any returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
